Susan was familiar with pretty much every property we entered, she was familiar with the history of every neighborhood we looked at (and often knew many of the people who lived there), and she always got back to us via text or call often within minutes of the time that we left her a message. In short, Susan is very knowledgeable super responsive. She can tell you just about anything you want to know about neighborhoods and professionals in the area, and she will go above and beyond to look for and get you into the house of your choosing!
